"Our ac has been out since Tuesday. Preston reeves installed our ac 7/2021 and we are already having issues. Brock came out on Wednesday said he would be out to replace the valve no later then today I have called and texted several times and no responses to any of them. Poor customer service miss Preston Reeves wish he would come back to work. I do not recommend Brock for any ac work"

"I went there to print 5 pages from a thumb drive. Both copier/printers were down due to a technical glitch. So I asked the associate to print the documents (5 pgs). She offered to assist but claimed the doc was not on the thumb drive. Possibly an excuse for not wanting to help me. After she left the area I asked the other associate to assist me. I even requested it online while I was there. He looked up the order but refused to print it it because there were many more customers "ahead of me". Not even 5 pages. Poor customer service."

"Called and had someone out the same day during the given time frame. They gave a heads up before they arrived. Brock was personable, professional, answered all of my questions, and repaired the unit. I won't think twice about hiring them again. I will update if I have any experience less than professional or positive. Thank you Brock for a great experience!"

"Was impressed the first day. Then told it would only be a day or two before the new part came in. A week and a half later and they are 3 hours late from the appointment time they set with us to fix the problem. This kind of service sure ain't worth the $350 they're charging just for labor and Freon."
