"After receiving a flyer in my mailbox, I contacted Cochran. Not only did the person on the other end of the phone explain that they could not service Suwannee, GA—even though they delivered a flyer to my mailbox—she explained they could not service my home that day anyway. When the flyer clearly states "Call Today! Service Today!" (see attached photo). I can't attest to this company's service or value, but it is clear they put out false advertising and make claims they do not back up. That's not only irritating when you need prompt service for a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, it's enough to think twice about using them regardless."

"Spoke with the owner prior to coming out. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable using his company. When the service man Jacob arrived he asked what issues I was having. Then he determined what was wrong and made me aware of the repair and cost before fixing my unit. He was very nice and professional.
