"Valvoline took over Greased lightning our go-to place for a quick honest oil change for our company and personal vehicles. My employee stopped yesterday for an oil change. They tried to upsell him everything from an air filter to a battery. Battery just over a year old, he was told it was on its last leg. The air filter was changed 6k miles ago. What should have been a 10 - to 15-minute oil change turned into a 45 minute high pressure sales meeting. Also, charging more for the same service we used to get. Not a happy customer."
