"Sheri is awesome. I had an ankle fusion and have a very unique problem. Sheri makes sure I am using the right muscles and we are working on walking with a normal gate. Sheri explains what she's is doing, and what I need to work on. She has a great understanding of how the body works together. She always answers all my why question with answers that make perfect sense. I highly recommend her to all my friends"
"Sheri is amazing, she has fixed me more times than I can count with those magic hands and just knows so much about so much! She has suggestions for everything, well backed by research and I am just so grateful for all she's done for me!"
"I went to Sheri to address upper back and shoulder pain that was not resolving with other treatments. Sheri performed extensive muscle testing, myofascial release, and massage. She also put together a home program for me. I love that she looks at the whole body and not just the area that hurts. She found several issues that were stemming from my feet and legs! Every time I see her she retests and adapts my program based on changes/improvements. My upper back and shoulder are feeling better and I have regained the ability to do certain exercises (such as pushups) that I had not been able to do for years. If you want to stop putting bandaids on your issues and fix the problem, Sheri's your person. Her knowledge of the body and how it works is unmatched. I can't recommend her highly enough!"
"Sheri is magic! She listens to my description of pain/discomfort, has me try a few guided movements to identify the specific problem, she will then support me while I reattempt the movements to show me what the problem is, and then give me personalized exercises that I can easily do at home or work to help solve the problem. She does this myofascial release work that is similar to a massage the way she will work the area you're having trouble with, but different because she isnt working the muscle, she's working a layer between the skin and muscle, the fascia (she has taught me so much). I love the way she teaches me about the muscle and nerve connections while we're working. Her therapy is amazing and I'm so lucky to have found her. I've worn knee braces for 20 years and have altered my workouts to minimize certain movements that cause pain. I've tried yoga, strength training, been to see an orthopedic doctor, had x-rays, and an MRI, been to PT - nothing ever helped. My doctor tried giving me a couple of injections that didn't help, and I paid $70 each for multiple PT sessions that didn't help. Finally I went to Sheri and after one visit she identified problems that no one else had found, and she also helped me understand the root of my pain so that we weren't just applying a bandaid, but instead were actually working toward a solution. I've been to 6 sessions with her now and my knee is so much better. I'm going to keep going now that I know what she can do! I plan to get her help with all of my nagging aches and pains!"
"Sheri is absolutely the most competent and capable Massage Therapist that I've ever been to. I'll quantify that statement by saying that I served in the U.S. Army for 22 1/2 years, and because of the wear and tear on my body, I've got plenty of daily aches and pains, so I've been to more than my fair share. I've been to six other people in the local area alone, and none of them are nearly as qualified (She's also a qualified Occupational Therapist) as she is with the human physiology and anatomy. Her knowledge is deep, and her explanations are very easy to understand about what I can do on my part to improve my own physical health and ability. I've been going to her EXCLUSIVELY since my first visit, and will continue to do so from here on out. She's that good. Don't just take my word for it, give her a try, and you'll feel like a new person when she's done. I'll just warn you that if you have another Massage Therapist locally, they'll miss you, too!"
