"The service I received here was terrible. I went in about FOUR-FIVE TIMES to get some help about recharging a car battery. FIRST TIME: Worker A told me that I had to take the battery out myself. That is completely fine. SECOND TIME: I went in again because the gentleman with the cart returned back inside without helping me. I was told by Worker A that I could use a tool from the tool cart. Got the tool and left. THIRD TIME: I went in to return the tool from the tool cart. Worker B asks me what I would like help with. I told him the tool I grabbed was not optimal for the bottom screw of the battery and that I would need a different tool. He told worker A “that’s how tools go missing”. I don’t know what he meant by that. Worker B then tells me to wait for the guy with the cart again and that he will be with me shortly. INSIDE CAR: I called the store from inside the car saying that I would like to use the tool again to hook up the battery nodes to go to a different store. Worker A said “One moment” and hung up. FOURTH TIME: I went inside because at this point I’ve been in the parking lot waiting for a hour and thirty minutes and I wanted to talk to a manager about the service I received. Worker A never notified anyone. The manager was stagnant on saying that “oh, you got to take the battery out yourself, we can’t do that”. I KNOW THAT. Her responses proved to me that she did not listen to my explanation about the quality of service and my experience. I will be filing a complaint with the headquarters. That’s why I asked for tools to do so. All of the workers working that shift attitude was horrible besides the guy with the dreads. Store footage would support this."

"Had the worst experience every Sunday at this place! If I could leave no stars I would. Went to get my battery changed and the boy Nick was very unprofessional. When he changed my battery my car would crank up and then shut off and my engine light would come on. After unhooking and rehooking it up a couple times all he could say was I need to call somebody. Like I came to get my battery changed to now my car not starting and me and my son had to sit in the heat and he went back in the store without trying to fix the problem. I had to call my step dad and my stepdad had to literally tell him what to do and how to do his job so that my car can start. And the whole time he was doing it he had an I don’t care attitude. Like how do you get mad for messing up my car and not trying to fix the problem. -10/10 recommend. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!"
