"I must say that this was a very pleasant doctor’s visit. The wait time was short. The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. Also, Dr. Alexander is an absolute sweetheart. She is extremely knowledgeable and she took her time explaining my situation and the different ways it can be treated. When I walked out the office, I called my family to express how happy I was with the staff and the overall experience. Thank you Metroderm!"

"When I initially checked in the front office staff seemed a little short with me and kind of dry, I'm used to receiving a warm welcome when I enter my providers office and that wasn't the case. The clinical staff was friendly, professional, and saw us quickly after being roomed and when I was checking out the front desk staff seemed more pleasant. The appointment was for my 1 year old and they were really good about not poking and prodding or upsetting her, so overall a good experience."

"I freaking love Dr. Alexander and her staff! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I took my son to see her one day, and brought back my daughter and she squeezed me and my mother in. Very personable, knowledgeable and most of all professional. The office is state of the art. She and her staff was able to handle multiple skin issues down to aesthetics procedures. Dr. Alexander and her staff was respectful of my time, didn’t have to wait to see her…. Would definitely recommend her and staff!"
