"Went to try them out based on some great reviews. Eyebrows- superb job! Hair on the other hand- not so much! I could sense some hesitation from the “specialist” when I mentioned I was there for haircut. Should have listened to my gut at that point but wanted to give her the benefit of doubt as she confirmed that she can totally do it. ALL i asked her to do is a straight trim. I have long straight thin hair. She was pleasant to talk to but with the way she was using the scissors, you could tell she didn't have much experience. When i asked her if she was new with hair, she claimed she had 7 years of experience. I come home and my hair is just a mess. There is little pointy ends protruding from the ends. I tried hard to ignore it honestly, but it bothered me even more on day#2. I called her to let her know that i’d have rather her be honest and tell me that she just didn't do hair so i could have moved on to the next salon. She asked me to return so she could fix it. When i asked if there was someone else who could fix that for me, she said no and she was the only specialist there. Noway, i am taking another chance with her. I’m just going to try to fix this myself like i did in the covid days. Such a waste of money and energy!"

"Beautiful service, Twinkle was extremely nice. Had my first time brazilian waxing here and she made sure she got all the hair, and made sure I was comfortable. Also did a beautiful job threading eyebrows. Service was fast, professional and clean. ❤️❤️❤️ Five star for sure."

"I really hate to leave this review, but this experience was not great. The tech wanted me to try the new tint that is ammonia based. It gave me a chemical burn on my left eyebrow. After she wiped the application off, the results were extremely light, like no difference at all. I asked for them to be darker and she was very nice about it. She decided to start on my lashes and then go back to the eyebrows. The lashes looked good, and I really liked them in the shop, but they were already falling off by the time I got home. A few customers arrived as she was doing them at which point I felt like she started to rush through them, as she was the only person working in the salon. During the second brow tint application, she also rushed, the tint was messy and not cleaned very well. I was pretty bummed when I got in the car and noticed. Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted 70 dollars on nothing."
