"This recent service took longer than quoted. I waited almost 4 1/2 hours to get my car done. I do understand to an extent it was busy which is why I am not mad. Other than that the service usually is faster. The shop folks that write up your car can be a little more informative about what’s going on. I had a recall on a part with my car and the person writing up my vehicle didn’t really go into detail much with it, even when I was coming to get the keys to leave, he didn’t really say anything I had to ask if it was ok and not broken. He informed the part wasn’t damaged, so we shall see Honda. This is my second car with this dealership, I do love the fact I had good experiences buying and trading in a car with this dealer and I hope in the future shall I ever need another trade in or buy, that they’ll deliver a good experience as the last two times."

The only problem I have is that the people that work on my Honda always change the setting in my car, anything they touch they should put it back like it was when they start checking. I am always having to reset the items back like it was before I brought in. This would help a lot not realize you don't have lights while driving is a headache. Please talk to the people that work on the car. Thank you"
