"I brought my vehicle in for a lift suspension install on Tuesday and was told it was going to Be a 2-3 day install. After the 3rd day, they Still was not done and the days turned into a week and a half. The installation was almost onto the second week for a 2-3 day job, and I lost faith and decided to pick my vehicle up to bring it to another job . Manuela (employee)and I tried to contact the owner and it turned out, he turned his phone off and left the shop after I notified him I will be there. Almost 2 weeks into the job, I left with unfinished installation and terrible communication and customer service!"
