"I've only had positive experiences coming here (over 3 years now). Repeatedly, I've received wonderful advice and recommendations for color processing and semi perm dyes. I've forgotten to share my positive experiences in the past, but the associate today, John, was just so pleasant and helpful i wasn't going to forget again. (Also wanna share that it's right after valentines day ~ his hair was dyed pink with a red heart on it and it was super cute!!) My apologies if I misspelled his name, but yeah he was/is wonderful!"
