"As we know living in the city windows and car break ins are common. I was a victim over the weekend. The original company that came out to fix my vehicle couldn’t. Refereed me here. A particular part was needed for my electric BMW. Fair priced (excited about that) The man watched me carry the glass out of my trunk, I’m a black woman so go figure. But they were efficient and fast. Allowed me to charge my vehicle while I was serviced. You are welcome to wait in the lobby but there are nearby coffee shops in walking distance. They take walk-ins and definitely saved me a week of frustration. My insurance liberty was not much of assistance."

"I received a windshield replacement. I wouldn't recommend Glass Inc for auto glass jobs. Their setup doesn't seem to support an efficient turn around. It took 3.5 hours to complete my job even though I booked the first appointment right at opening with days in advanced notice. The team's communication with each other and the customer is lacking. I was told it could take an hour and a half. When I returned after an hour and half, my car hadn't moved. They hadn't started the work on my car and they had forgotten about my car. Once they realized the situation, they got to work immediately but I had to ask for an update in order to find out that there would be an additional significant delay. I can accept a mix up here and there. Things happen. But don't keep it from the customer. It's easier to accept a longer wait when you keep the customer updated but I felt entirely neglected."
