"I was referred to this shop and received poor service! I had to call several times to receive a diagnostic of my vehicle (each time he has an excuse from him voting ..etc). Finally, after the mechanic said it was ready I went to pick up the vehicle the next day- he was closed. I waited 2 hrs for him to open when the operating hrs are 8a-5p. He told me he was opening at 9:45a (because he claim he was at a dentist appt)but showed up at 10:45 with the rest of the staff. Clearly he doesn’t open til 11 because everyone came at once. Lastly, I couldn’t even drive the vehicle a mile without it running hot (which was the reason I took the vehicle to this shop). Now that I have the car, it will not stop screaming every time I turn on the car or turn the wheel. When the mechanic claim this was temporary because he had water on the belt. Go at your own risk but spending $500 to receive my vehicle in the same condition was POINTLESS! I felt scam, received a rushed and poor job and wouldn’t recommend this guy to ANYONE!! It’s a collision shop next door with better service- start there if you can’t get your vehicle to another location of your choice."
