"I’ve been hear a hand full of times. Today I came to look for a wig for an event that I was attending this evening. I walked into the establishment and two women are talking but not acknowledging current customers within the store. The wigs are positioned at the back of the store and after about five minutes I asked for assistance as the two women were still conversing. I wanted to look at some of the wigs that were behind a caution sign. She asked which one I wanted and told her I can’t see all of the available options because there is also a shelf blocking the view of the bottom shelves. I explained this to her which seem to be an inconvenience for her to accommodate her customers needs as she wanted to get back to the conversation with her co-worker. Needless to say, I did not have a great experience. The customer experience is so important to me. If you have to interact with staff here be mindful that they aren’t friendly, could care less of you presence, or helping you to meet your needs."

"Dear Black Brothers and Sisters, Stop shopping here. They do not appreciate nor respect our black dollars. The store closes at 8 pm. I had 10 mins left to before the shop I asked about a wig he yells, “no we are closed.” I was already in the store and made a purchase. I was not looking to browse through wigs I asked for a specific one. Other black women were shopping he continues to yell. We are the only ones keeping this business afloat. Until they appreciate and understand our buying power stop shopping here!"
