"Mitsuki Senpai is most likely a disgruntled former employee. This location was garbage prior to the manager Ivy taking over. I've personally seen it before and after. The company itself needs some work but as far the management at this location goes I give it my praise. If this store gets some dedicated employees that actually show up I believe this would be one of the top locations for the company."

"Went back in after a noticed I was scanned for a product twice and was told that the item in parenthesis was the item that she removed when it says right next to it 50% off and not the item actually removed. Maybe they need to learn their system better. Just kept telling me it was removed. The stuff I bought was cheap but majority of the store was overpriced on a lot of items I've seen elsewhere."

"I don’t know her name my receipt doesn’t say but very very rude!!! Acted like she just hated her job. I went at 5:15 10/16/21. Asked her a question and she answered like I was dumb. Did not greet when we walked in nor did she once try to help find what I was looking for. Will make sure not to shop here again until the staff is more polite and will not recommend this store to anyone"

"Rude manager. Didn’t want me to look at shears. Had an attitude the whole time. Talked down to me. So did the cashier. Didn’t seem enthused to be taking my business at all. I’d do to another store. This one was terrible. Guess they didn’t want my business."

"Kaylee was a angel sent down from the heavens! She was very patient & knowledgeable. She helped me compare products and gave nifty lil tips on how to get the effect I wanted. Apparently she does hair for her other job & had personal reviews on most of the products. 10/10 would recommend coming here if shes working."
