"Hardly anyone to help you. They have plenty of wigs on display but its hard to find the one you need when you want to purchase. They didn't have the wig I wanted so they sold me the display. When I got home to try it on it was missing the latch attachments ( object that tightens the wig)."

Dropped the wig off to my stylist to get colored before installed only to be told the hair was mixed with human and synthetic. Went back to the store to ask for an EXCHANGE NOT A REFUND owner told me no after I explained it wasn’t fully human hair so I won’t be returning to this store and will continue to order from Amazon because this store owner was wrong and conniving"
