"Friendly staff, very clean and relaxing environment but unfortunately my service was lacking. I was gifted a facial at this location, and I had intentions of returning but after reviewing the different services online I realized that I did not receive my full service. Per their website description, the facial is said to include a facial and arm massage which I definitely did not receive. I reached out to discuss my experience and nothing was done. Update: They called to discuss the issue after I left a review. I arrived one minute before my appointment but I did not show up the appropriate time for check in (5-10 minutes early per phone conversation since I never received anything else that stated this) which is why not all services were rendered. I voiced that this should be discussed with the client beforehand and they offered me a free hand or feet service if I chose to return."

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spavia , and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. The spa is located in a beautiful, modern building, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to choose from a wide variety of treatments, and I opted for the 90-minute Signature Massage. The massage therapist was amazing, and she really knew how to work out all of my knots. I left the spa feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Spavia to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. The prices are a bit higher than some other spas, but I think the quality of the service is worth it. I will definitely be back!"
