"I loved her services. I have been to quite a few places but none that made me feel secure and comfortable like Precious Faces. She even personalized my facial to the genre of music I like for my personal enjoyment. Left my skin feeling shiny and soft as a new born baby. Highly recommended."

"The facial was good but I have had better. However, my appointment was pushed up 30 mins without my notification? How does that even happen? I arrived at my original time slot and lost 30 mins of facial time because she had another appointment so I was given an "express facial".Definitely will not be a return customer. (I've edited my review after a tasteless reply, every thing after this is my response). FIRST, The time I BOOKED was for 11am. How can u reschedule and move up an appointment time without even asking the CUSTOMER if that is OK. I didn't arrive late I arrive at my SCHEDULED time! SECOND, the address on the Google information took us to a INCORRECT location making me arrive 2 mins before 11am which would still make me ON TIME. THIRDLY, if you want to look down on a person for using Groupon then maybe DON'T OFFER A GROUPON COUPON!! FOURTH, I tried to be cordial and give u a middle of the road 3 star review but seeing how u replied I've downgraded it to a 1 star review. Your lack of professionalism shows from your response. How can u be upset at a review that basically just outlines what happened. You can't offer a service via groupon and then cut a service short cause YOU FAILED TO UPDATE YOUR SCHEDULING SOFTWARE. I was even as cordial to TIP YOU AFTER A BAD HALF-ASSED experience. I hope no one utilizes your services. I'm not even a person thst leaves reviews. YOUR SERVICE AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS SO BAD I FELT I HAD TO DO A SERVICE FOR OTHERS WHO MAY THINK TO EVEN GIVE YOU THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY."

"Precious is awesome! I got my dad a facial with her for father's day and he really enjoyed it. His skin came out looking rejuvenated and Precious was super professional and friendly. One thing to make sure to note is that the address listed has a different name out front, it doesn't say "Precious Faces" but you're in the right place! Could be confusing but Precious answered my text quickly which is awesome."
