"Just a note that price is now $22. And you will have to pull your skin extra , extra tight!! I was little thrown off by both. I will say my eyebrows do look nice but It was not the type of service I would expect for the price. I do understand the mall probably doesn't get enough traffic and trying to keep a business a float."
