Bliss & Sparrow SPA (LOV Skin Clinic & Head Spa)

"We went there couple weeks ago. My friend was supposed to receive a hydrafacial but the lady wasn’t available. We decided I’d just do my head spa until she arrived. But the guy offered to do my boyfriend’s hydrafacial and kid you not, he was literally asking the other lady what to do. He had no idea what he was doing. The lady was instructing him and he was still lost. My friend was super disappointed. Coming to my head spa, it was my first time trying it. The lady scratched my scalp like crazy and it felt super uncomfortable. I thought may be this is what they do? It was a waste of time for having my scalp damaged followed by a mere shampoo and dry. I have seen videos of head spas and there are many more steps involved. I guess they don’t have the staff well trained."

"I really wanted to like this spa but it did not come close to meeting my expectations of a spa. I came in five minutes before my appointment time and had a quick consultation of the facial chosen coming to $150 with my esthetician. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes sitting in the same chair while my esthetician was in the back talking and laughing loudly with a lady that had walked in. It was 40 min past my appointment time till I was actually laying down. A man turned a steamer on for my face and then walked away. During this time of waiting on the bed there was no zen music playing. Just hearing the speaker mode phone conversations from the male worker in Vietnamese or the lady visitor and the business workers all chit chatting loudly (only a few feet from where I was behind a curtain) about video marketing. Meanwhile you have a client laying in a bed not receiving service. I was very close to stopping my appointment. Once the esthetician came over after sending the lady off with a million shouts of I love you’s, I received my facial treatments. There were continuous interruptions and the office phone going off which was on my estheticians lap right next to my face. The phone was answered every time. Then during extractions my esthetician ordered her male assistant in Vietnamese and next thing I hear and see is a camera and bright flashes towards my face of her doing extractions on me. It overall was just unprofessional for my taste. I believe the primary priority for this business at the moment is more so on marketing clearly and not so much on bettering the service and clientele treatment. I hope they never treat another client like I was treated. It overall felt very lousy with no respect or courtesy of the client."

"I am very happy that I know Lillie! She has made my skin looks so good now. I received the Bliss Babyface treatment and a package for lasers. All my freckles and stubborn dark spots almost completely gone!!! I had never felt so good about my skin like I feel now. Normally I don’t go anywhere without make up but now I just put on sunscreen and go and my skin still looks good as If I have make up on. Thank you so much Lillie. You’re the best. I highly recommend her if you want to have your skin look healthy, youthful or remove freckles and dark spots!"

Instead of telling you everything that won’t work, she works with you considering your budget and comfort ability on everything that WILL work. Her AHA face wash i got from her has done wonders for my skin! It’s gentle but definitely works once you start noticing differences. 10/10 recommend. She’s the sweetest :)"

Lillie was very informative and helpful. The facial itself was very relaxing, and it was rejuvenating. Lillie was punctual and her products she recommended were so nice to use. The products have good scents and it feels very smooth and moisturizing as well."
