"The facial was supposed to be 50 minutes and it was only like 30. She didn’t give me a face massage. She didn’t touch my ears (because our ears are also a part of our face). I agreed to get something extra done for $20 but it doesn’t seem like it was anything extra. The only real benefit was she got rid of a lot of black heads and my skin felt very soft afterwards. Yelena was nice and she gave me recommendations on some good products to use but would not go back. Poor experience for being my first facial."
