"Just a disappointing experience overall. I signed on with a special and paid the $99 online through a form, only to get a message that says I have to reach out to schedule my own appointment. Why is the onus on the client whose money you just took to schedule their own appointment? When I got on the line with someone, I was assured that my payment is reflected in my account so when I get there I will not have to pay anything, and I will be meeting with Alethea. I was charged for the service, and placed with someone else. I do not mind the person I got, she was actually great, but it was the principal that I was promised one person and got someone else, and charged twice. When I called about the duplicate charge, I asked for a refund back on to my card. They called back and said they put the money back on to my account to save for a future session. I did not ask for the money to be put in my account, I asked for the money to be put back on my card. I will be going somewhere else where I feel like the business listens and cares for its customers."
