"Horrible experience buying car from this shop. Bought a car from owner just over a year ago. Nothing but engine light and tows. Jules helped at beginning. I went into shop crying because I'm an older lady doing uber eats with this car.and it became scarey trying to keep it on the road. He threw me out of his shop.yelling at me. Spent 2500 at another mechanic and now diagnosed with engine problems.i called him and He refuses to look at it.im horrified....buyer beware!"

"botched an engine repair again and again, took it to Hyundai and they said the vehicle wasn't drivable, so I needed to buy a used engine and have Hyundai install. Never got a refund from the crooks at Done Wright Motors. The "company" has 2 employees besides the owner. Stay away [ PS - have never sued anyone before in my life, just this guy, and won the small claims case and the higher case has an appeal pending. And take a look at this owner violating google review policies by disclosing personal information about reviewers he doesn't like. Reported him to google ]"

"So we have used Jules for the past five years seven years and we have loved him he has always helped us and then I give him my vehicle my personal vehicle to fix some thing on there and his worker Scott takes my vehicle and crashes it then they did not want to fix it so I told them I was going to involve the lawyers on it Jules did not want to take ownership said he does not have to take ownership of what happened because it was not his fault it was his employees fault so I just wanted to let you all know that the work he has done to my vehicle I have had to go over and fix everything that he did the radiator he said he fix I still had problems with it and found out that the alignment was not done after the crash was done which he was supposed to do because that’s not on me and among other things I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone they are liars they do not help you and Jules is out for himself he will pretend to be nice but in reality he gives you the worst attitude and possible history if he’s had a bad day no matter if it’s your fault or not I’ve seen them do this to regular customer so no it’s not just because I’ve known him for a while but I have gotten to the point that I cannot keep this held in And I just wanted to let everyone know that this is not a mechanic spot that you guys should go to and trust"

"Did a great job on replacing a motor mount. Looked at my Transmission for free and found a problem and fixed it. Did the work in a timely manner. Really friendly."
