"Hello I’m nicole i’m a hairstylist and I always do my hair. I have been coming to the store for almost 4 years and now I only come in if Sam or Isabel is working they are amazing when they wasn’t there one day with the old GM I asked her for help to make some colors for my own hair, and her remark was it if you have a cosmetology degree why do you need help and I just thought it was the most disrespectful thing I went back in the next day. Thankfully Isabel was working and she helped me through everything. She’s amazing has great customer service. Sam has great customer service. They are there to help they just don’t throw anything in a buggy just to get you out of there big ups to both of them girls I will always call and make sure one of them are working whenever I go up there and I’m up there every couple weeks"
