"I've waited 5 days before writing this review, because I wanted to see how my haircut did with: flat iron, letting it curl with a diffuser, blowing dry without using a flatiron. IT'S GREAT! Ursula listened well, and she cuts to compliment one's face shape. I'm really glad that I found her. Update a year later: Ursula gradually took me from my colored hair to natural silver (who knew I had pretty silver hair under that color?). The best part is that she took my inspiration picture and worked to achieve it in stages as my "brown" hair grew out."
