"We've have been dealing with lice for the 2nd time around since February. They have come out multiple times and us the Fairytales repel spray that doesn't kill the lice only helps remove the lice and nits. We still have lice! The only lady I have dealt with has been extremely unprofessional! She failed to mention after our initial fees that every time they came out we would have a $75 travel fee! She informed me of this the 2nd time and we had to of course pay it and she swears she would of told me. She has always been 30 minutes late and one day didn't even show up. I had to text her to her then explain she had to reschedule! I've always tried to give her a 24 hour notice when I have to reschedule would like this in return or even if she's running behind. Very unprofessional business!"
