"Normally I shop at a different Sally’s, but was in the Dawsonville area, so I decided to stop. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. The young lady was extremely nice and very helpful! I told her I knew what I was looking for, so she let me shop, then returned to check on me! That was awesome! After a little while, I let her know I used to be the manager in the Cleveland store, but we had closed. My point is she didn’t know that until later. Excellent customer service! I know she said she had only been there a few months. I forgot her name, but I was there on 2/23/21 at 2:05 pm. She was awesome!"

"I’ve never been so pleased with a customer service experience. I went in to Sally’s really nervous that I would be lost and Cindy & Kelly basically held my hand through it all. They asked what my pain points were with my hair and gave me dye recommendations. They also gave me some products to try that would help some of my specific issues and all of this for only a $12 sale. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Sally’s needs to give these ladies a raise for sure!"

"I just want to start by saying I am SO impressed with the changes in this store the past 6 months to a year..... I stopped coming to this location because every time I would walk in you could smell cigarette smoke so strong it would make you sick. Shelves weren’t organized, it wasn’t the “Sally’s” I was used to. I know how it should have looked because I worked for Sally’s, different location, years previous. But today, when I came in, it had a CLEAN, WONDERFUL smell and the shelves looked great. A sweet lady, her name was Cindy., greeted me right away, informing me of the sales and asking if I needed assistance. She was so friendly and was working hard. I told her how much I appreciated the changes in the store and that I would definitely come back on a regular basis!!!!!"

"I worked at this sallys. The main Manager, is the rudest, most disrespectful person. It constantly smells like cigarettes because she SMOKES IN THE BACK OF THE STORE!! I quit because of how bad I was treated there. She should be fired. In my short time of working there I saw how horribly she treated everyone and they weren’t following hardly any store policies. I won’t even come back in there to buy things , especially after my last experience in there. She lied to me and told me there was no cash in the drawer when there was, gave me my change and then accuses me of lying and avoids everything I say to her , and i was trying to be nice. would rather drive to the next town over than have to speak to her."
