"**UPDATE** HORRIBLE service from “owner” arguing with me as you can see below, saying I didn’t come in to handle the situation when I clearly explained my entire experience from IN THE STORE TODAY. STAY AWAY. Tells you one thing, then does another. I haven’t tanned in almost 2 months and called to cancel my membership. I was told to come in because “that’s how they do it”. So I went in today, even though all they actually do is click a few buttons on the computer, which clearly could have been done via phone. I explained to young lady behind the counter that I called this week and was told if I came in this week I wouldn’t have my account auto-drafted for December. She said there’s nothing she can do (obviously) that I needed to give a 30-day notice. I told her again that I spoke to someone that told me to come in this week, and there was no mention of 30 days and asked if there was a manager we could ask. She calls the owner apparently and tells them I want a break on the autodraft and that she told me I needed 30 days. Did not say anything about what ACTUALLY happened. I can not help that the staff miscommunicates, if I knew about the 30 day notice why would I be so upset? I have already given them a lot of money and not used the facilities at all, now I have to give more because their staff is not experienced and/or trained? How is that my fault as the customer why should I be penalized for that? What happened to customer service? I already paid for this month, and now I have to pay for another month? What kind of rip off is this?"

"I like the facility but do not like the hours of management. The office staff is not very helpful. A more mature office staff and the site manager being more accessible would be helpful..."
