"I am regretfully writing this review. After years as a continuing customer - I was given no help with honoring a coupon I paid $200 for 20units of Botox. I purchased the coupon on December 8th from Groupon and when I went in for my apt they could not honor it since it had been less than a year since I last used one. The Groupon expires before the time I could use it again. Thrive said I could get a refund from Groupon since no services were rendered. I submitted a refund claim and Groupon could not refund me because it had been past 3 days of purchase. I explicitly asked the owner if she could make it right and was given no options and she said it “was out of her hands”. I will no longer be returning to Thrive. I hope they can fix their customer service and relationship with Groupon. It’s the holidays and literally losing $200 can be a big deal to some around this time. I am baffled at Thrive’s lack of concern or care for a continuing customer."

"Jodi is amazing at what she does. Her work is perfection and she is an absolute sweetheart as well. I had come to her with injections that were messed up from a previous injector and she fixed me good as new. Which is no easy task. Any time I’ve had questions or concerns she always answers my texts and helps me to find a solution. She loves her work and her clients and you can tell.
