"I’d like to tell you I had great care but I was never seen. I showed up today for an appointment only to be told they did not have my insurance verified. I explained I had verified and provided the information more than a week ago and asked why they waited until today, when I arrived to tell me? The woman at the front desk claimed she called me yesterday. My phone logs all calls and I review all messages and was sitting with my wife when she claims to have called and there was no record of call on my phone. I was told that phones don’t log all calls all the time as a response. Despite this I tried to help as she was unable to verify me. I told her several times I was Federal Delta Dental and I thought it was out of Sacramento, CA. She was unable to verify and then told me it was taking so long I would have to reschedule. The only time they had was 8:00 the next day. I am disabled and also had another appointment plus they still had not been able to do the simple task of verifying my insurance so I left. After leaving I called Delta Dental and verified the information I had provided was correct and that they had apparently not gone in the Federal Delta Dental portal, which is different from regular Delta Dental and that was why they could not find me. You would think a provider who takes my insurance would know this wouldn’t you? So it was their error even though they treated me like it was mine. They could have cleaned my teeth as scheduled then get it worked out as I provided proof I had insurance. They did nothing to try to help me though they created the problem by not knowing how to do what they should. Much to my dismay I called another provider and could not get in before the end of the year but she was able to verify my insurance using the EXACT information I had given to them here. I try to be the nicest person you deal with when I come in anywhere but the lack of assistance and attitude displayed towards me for what turned out to be their own incompetence is enough to have me write this long, poor review and tell people to avoid them if you have any other options. The young lady at Walton Family Dentistry was very nice and apparently knows how to put insurance information into the system *** Update *** I wanted to update and say the response and offer to have me contact them and resolve this somehow was real but it is a fake auto response according to their staff. They have no desire to help anyone or resolve a problem of their making. Read reviews regarding billing and insurance issues before booking."
"Everyone was so attentive from beginning to end. From Melissa helping me understand what my insurance and out of pocket was. Amna who was so quick with my X-rays to Kourtni who cleaned my teeth (she was so patient) i had never had a deep cleaning and was so embarrassed and nervous and she walked me through and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Kim was amazing she helped me understand what I needed for my treatment and made it painless and easy. I almost fell asleep haha . I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. I would recommend this place for anyone. They have so many financial options to help you make sure you get the best care at a low cost!"
"Dr Kim was amazing!!! However the young lady at the front desk was offensive. She made me feel like I was bothering her because I had questions to make sure that we were choosing a physician within our insurance network. I simply wanted to make sure that I did not get any unexpected out of pocket expenses, because I failed to do my due diligence. Customers have a right to ask questions, without being talked down to or being made to feel stupid!!! But again Dr. Kim was amazing"
"I called last week to schedule an appointment to see an oral surgeon. I was told they accept my insurance by one of the staff workers. She stated that they would call me next week to confirm the appointment that was set. This week I received a call to send over all of my X-rays for the procedure. By the end of everything, I received a call stating that they don’t accept my insurance. I was taken through a loop hole and my time was wasted. Poor customer service and I definitely will not recommend anyone here."
