Loganville Family Dentistry

"Unfortunately, I have to update my review with a one star. I had an upcoming appointment that I had to so desperately cancel. I was told by the person who answered the phone. I believe her name was Brittany I could be wrong about the name, but was told that there was going to be a fee for cancellation that was the last in 24 hours. I quickly said OK it was no problem but I guess that wasn’t good enough. The lady over the phone said to me “ and that is not the first time” I replied, by asking, are you chastising mean? And that I am an adult. She went on to tell me how she was making me aware, even though I told her that I needed not to be made aware I know, and I will pay the fee with no problem. But that still was not getting enough for her. I called back when I got off work just to reschedule the appointment but again someone else who answered the phone as I told her what has happened to me she practically cosign what the other lady said this is unfortunate because I love the dentist here however, the manner in which I was spoken to as if I was a child, and that needed chastising cause me to seek out another dentist. I love the dentist and the hygienist here, but I will not tolerate unprofessionalism by the staff that answers the phone."

"I have been using Loganville Family Dentistry for the last 2 years. I have had a great experiences with Dr. Poisal and Dr. Smith. The staff is very personable and are great too. Highly recommended."

"Some dentists offices can be very scary places. Loganville Family Dentistry is not such a place. On the contrary, the staff at Loganville Family Dentistry are exceptional at making the patient feel comfortable before, during and after the appointment. They are friendly, knowledgeable. I needed a filling and it was done very quickly, painlessly. I am so glad I found this office. This is the best dental office I have used in the 25 plus years I have lived in the Atlanta Metro area."

"Chipped a piece out of the top front tooth the night before. Called my dentist office and they had an appointment available at 11am. I had to take my 3yr old grandson with me to the appointment. He did great, the staff kept him entertained while I saw the dentist. The dentist saw me a few minutes after I arrived and proceeded to examine the tooth. He noted that particular tooth was a little longer than the one beside it and he could grind it down to almost perfectly match the neighboring tooth. He proceeded to do that and it turned out wonderful. Thanks to the staff for keeping my grandson entertained and thanks to Doc Smith for a great job on my tooth. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors."

"Very good Dentist, Dr. Smith took his time and gave me a through exam. The assistant was great as well by me being a new customer, I received a goodie bag which was very thoughtful of them. I have had nothing but professional encounters. I had my first cleaning on today and the technician McKenzie did a phenomenal job. I’m glad that my family have found this Dentists here and Loganville."
