"I take my car to see why it wasn’t starting. They fixed the problem but caused another. I was trying to get body work done to my car and was taking it to the body after I left them. They took it a pond themselves to fix it and I didn’t tell them too And when I got to the body shop dude told me they created a bigger problem for me. They didn’t ask if it was okay that they do this. And it had nothing to do with getting the car to start. And on top of that the work was very very sloppy. It look worse than before. When I realized what they did I call back up to the shop to tell them I didn’t authorize that , the owner got very aggressive and started yelling at me. Told me I need to be grateful and say thank you. And hang up on me. He was very rude. I was trying to tell him I didn’t approve it and next time ask the customer before doing anything that’s not asked of him.I wasn’t even trying to cause any problems or trouble. But that my car I have a right to have an opinion or say to what need to be done to my car. They never should have assume they can just do what they want to someone else property. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. YOU MIGHT HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEMS WHEN YOU LEAVE. THAT’S GOING TO COST YOU MORE MONEY TO FIX."
