"First time visiting this location. I will not be returning. The time spent with getting a new battery install was too long. The associate was okay but I'm convinced that he has never installed a battery. I asked and he stated that this wasn't his first time but he lied. My friend had to tell him that if positive took off first it has to be put back in that order. My friend worked with the competitor as a Assistant manager. My friend says he was okay give him credit for effort. I say if you are not knowledgeable learn the process first and make the customer aware. Now I understand why it was only 1 car when we arrived if this is the services rendered. I should have read the reviews first and than requested Jessica. But experience is the best teacher. Now I know."

Then Jarrell was extremely helpful in providing a free battery charge and dealing with the complications of re-installing a battery into a car where everything is electronic, including the hatch access to the battery compartment.
