"Today I went to North Hall Tire to have my starter replaced in my 2008 Chevy HHR. They were so pleasant and did the job really quick. When I pick up my vehicle and started driving it my air conditioner that was out all summer long magically start blowing cold air!!!!! I know for a fact that replacing the starter has nothing to do with the A/C system. I do not know what you did but what ever you did North Hall Tire thank you so much!!!"

"Super nice place. We waited a while because we didn't have an appointment but they were very accommodating. My husband had a flat on our trailer while the boat was on it. These people were so nice. They had us back up the boat into the garage with our big truck attached! We were really pleased that we didn't have to unhitch the boat and go through all that work. Once the trailer was in the garage it only took minutes to get the job done. I highly recommend North Hall tire and wheels!"

"I take my truck in to get rotors replaced and when I go to pick it up they tell me they broke the locking lug tool. They removed the locking lugs on the front and offered to remove the two on the back if I brought it back at a later date. How about offering to replace the tool and lugs? 2 days later I get a warning that the brake fluid is low. I figured they bled the brakes and forgot to top off the fluid. It took an entire bottle to fill it. 4 days later it was low again. Come to find out they scored the caliper pistons and ruined the seals. Plus, the hose was twisted instead of straight as it was prior. I know they will respond with " Bring it by and let us look at it.", but I don't have any confidence in their ability to do the job correctly. Rest assured, I'll not darken your door again."
