"Make sure they know that you want to confirm prices/work before they get started on anything. They were able to fix my vehicle in a decent amount of time, and the prices really were better than most shops around the area, but they made some decisions that we had not agreed on or talked about at any point in time. The additional decisions that they made were not expensive but the principle still stands. I would also tell them not to leave oil marks anywhere on the car. I will definitely go back if my car ever needs more work."
