"I had a flat tire yesterday and was stranded waiting on a tow truck in Oakwood. The car didn't have a spare. I called Mavis off Lake Lanier Pkwy and talked to a really friendly associate Jeff. He was very friendly and let me know they had a replacement tire in the right size I needed. Upon arrival, I found customer service like I haven't seen in a long time. Jeff came out in the parking lot to greet me, looked at the damage, gave me a quote on price and wait time right away and stuck to it until the end. He made my short wait fun and informative. I will be back for sure. If other places are trying to get you to buy or purchase more than you think you need. Jeff and team will not do this to you which is something I was already prepared for but he didn't do this and even inspected the other tires were safe for me and my family. I would say they turned my crappy afternoon with a flat tire into an enjoyable one where I plan to go back and tell others in my area since I live in Buford!"

"My tire blew was I was heading I-985 N at 6am. Luckily, I was able to view their inventory online to confirm that they had my tire size. I awaited for them to open at 8 am. They replaced the tire, I closed out, and was back on the road with 20 minutes. Great customer service and an efficient operation."

"***Disrespectful and rude.**** I have to say looking through the reviews I agree the front desk lady is very rude, not only to customers but to their workers. They were supposed to rotate & balance my tires and an alignment. When I got my car back it was shaking. I knew that one of my rims had an issue so I asked them to put the rim back where it was when I got there. They said, just bring it right back it will just be 15 min. I was right down the street 4mins away. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes and they said it would only be 15 and when I got my vehicle back and ask the guy that was working on it about what he did; he said we put it in the front. I told him that that’s where y’all just told me you put it when y’all did the initial service earlier. So I went into the store to speak with the front desk lady she was very rude. She yelled at him because he was telling me the honest truth, and then tried to tell me that he didn’t know what he was talking about. I went back to my car and looked at my previous maintenance and I see exactly where that particular rim/tire was and it’s still in the same place so they did not rotate my tires at all. **** beware if you go there and please don’t let that front desk lady be disrespectful and rude."
