Pedro's New & Used Tires

"Been coming here for 15+ years and at this point I will never come back. I don't drive the newest of cars but they (his careless employees) couldn't have cared less to put some more dents and dings on my vehicle, WHILE IM SITTING IN THE CAR. They replaced my alternator a month ago, after that I bought 2 brand new batteries and 3 sets of new terminals after being told it wasn't the alternator time and time again. Turns out, they put a bad alternator on my car. So now, having it replaced he wanted to say that I needed to pay again even though it was under warranty!! Not wanting any confrontation I paid the labor but cannot express how disappointed I am. He has people working on cars and bouncing back and forth from job to job, car to car, tool box to tool box. Just very unorganized. I personally believe that if he'd take the time to look at who he has working for him that it would change the experience for a lot of people. And if he would clear out the junkies that he has working for him I may even go back and give him my services. I hate to have to let him go as my all time mechanic. But his employees are ruining it for him."

"Come here all the time for tire related issues I prefer places like this instead of shops honestly. Less hassle, less drama, & less money need to be spent out they can complete the same jobs as these shops who are pricing 3x over . If They are all nice and honest imo. Its a mom & pop as someone previously stated not a jiffy lube if you understand that you know exactly what comes with it"

"It looks sketchy on the way in and it didn't prove me wrong. I'll be replacing these tires ASAP. I sacrificed a couple hundred bucks to see how bad it really could be. I asked for a matching set of used tires. He showed be four tires on the rack that he said were fine for the car,. 180 dollars cash. I watched him Mount and balance the tires. He only took the extra weights off of two tires, and did not bother re spinning them after he added weights. When he got done he said $200. I protested that he had said 180. He insisted upon 200. I felt like he would probably drop my car on the rotors if I did not pay the extra. As I was leaving he was telling me what a great set of tires I got. When I got home I found out that they weren't even all the same brand. The people at the shop I replaced these tires with a laughing because all my tires had multiple different weights on them. Lazy. Ripoff"
