"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went to buy jewelry to have my daughters ears pierced but While I was asking for help, the employee was on the phone and just ignored us. I then asked the other employee to help since the other was on the phone and she got on a FaceTime call while she was helping us. Her attitude was so unprofessional, I didn’t feel comfortable with them piercing my baby’s ears at that point. I ended up going to Claire’s and the exact jewelry we were going to buy from here cost $10 less At Claire’s ! And the service at Claire’s was 100 times better! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not worth it."

"I took my 5 month old today to get her ears pierced. It was packed because the card reader system had gone down. We were told to return in a few minutes. We did and I'm glad. Both ladies working were polite and professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to get your babys ears pierced, go here.
