"I called before I came and got easy/clear directions of what I needed to do to get a piercing. Brought my 3 month old in about an hour later & got her ears pierced along with my second piercing. It was quick, easy, and such a great experience."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went to buy jewelry to have my daughters ears pierced but While I was asking for help, the employee was on the phone and just ignored us. I then asked the other employee to help since the other was on the phone and she got on a FaceTime call while she was helping us. Her attitude was so unprofessional, I didn’t feel comfortable with them piercing my baby’s ears at that point. I ended up going to Claire’s and the exact jewelry we were going to buy from here cost $10 less At Claire’s ! And the service at Claire’s was 100 times better! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not worth it."
"I took my 5 month old today to get her ears pierced. It was packed because the card reader system had gone down. We were told to return in a few minutes. We did and I'm glad. Both ladies working were polite and professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a place to get your babys ears pierced, go here. I was completley panicked, but baby girl cried for a few seconds then she was fine."
"Stormi was awesome. She was nice to talk to. She explained everything to me from sales, coupons, purchasing, and financing. Her customer service was professional and down to earth. I had a great experience at Piercing Pagoda, knowing this was my first time shopping there. She has my service if I need to go again for a purchase. She explained everything before and after piercing my ears and was gentle with it where it didn't hurt as I thought it would. Stormi was great!!!"
