"I’ve had very good luck with my past 5-Star visits, but I good BUTCHERED today by a stylist with purple hair. She spent a record-breaking 8 minutes on my hair (most stylists take their time). I have to cancel my family’s holiday photo shoot this Sunday as a result. This person does not belong in the hair business - I’m not the only one to mention this. Furthermore, why does this Sugar Hill location have a problem keeping the GOOD stylists?? I get a couple great cuts from great people, only to find out that they left to go to another location. This is not good business, Great Clips. I’m done."
