"Daniel, I went in Claire's to get ear piercing. I spoke to the manager who did the piercing. All I can is don't go to Claire's. She didn't do a very good job. The piercing doesn't match each side. One side is much lower than the other side and the side that's lower in position is angled facing the side view. In other words it is not facing forwards. Very poor job. Don't go there she needs training."

"Took my daughter to the north gate Claire’s last night, just before they closed, to get her ears pierced. The 2 ladies working were extremely nice! Very patient and worked very well with her. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable and calm. She is high functioning autistic, and freaks out easily. It ended up taking about 30 minutes to get her ears pierced and they never rushed her or made us feel like we were an inconvenience, even though we were there for 20 minutes after close. Thank you!"

"My 5 year old autistic daughter wanted to get her ears pierced today. So i took her to claires in northgate mall to get them done. I want to brag on the young lady that did the piercing her name was shyann (spelling on the name unsure) she had so much patience and was so friendly. She was a god sent angel and made her ears look perfect! She deserves a raise or at least a pat on the back. We will be back to see her for sure!"
