"I love this store . Very clean and organized. Gina( I think that’s how you spell her name) is very sweet . She has great customer service, always friendly. There is another lady there, blonde wavy hair, she is not friendly at all. She should never work the register again. She belongs at the donation dock. She seems very unhappy with her job."

"Don't donate anything of value or like new shoes or clothes thatt are somewhat In style still. One of the workers let's their daughter come hang around and go through donations and help decide what needs to be thrown away but the items she throws away will be placed with all the stiff she wants and takes it outside until she ready to leave... I she has so much clothes and shoes that she can't even store at her home she just put inside storage units. While there are so many people who could use th clothes or the name brand shoes she just has collecting dust some high school kid might want them, I telling this because I seen the bags of clothes nice people donated for the ones that could really use it and this meth head woman wants to horde the donations for her selfish family and her self"

"Have not been here in years. Scored on 2 bicycles. For 40.00 And 50.00. thanks for holding them for me until my hubby got off of work to pick them up. Nice clean items and witnessed them helping a man out with gas money by letting him clean the windows..... This really touched my heart..... I will be bringing my better donations here since I know they do help people."

"This place literally just refused a donation of brand new toys and Christmas cards because they are full and I was a few minutes past their donation deadline. I always donate to the salvation army because they are dear to my heart. But I will find another charity to give to after this experience. Carrollton salvation army in my opinion doesn't deserve your business. I won't shop there or donate there anymore"
