"I work for a provider's office. When calling this company to verify benefits the receptionist was unbelievably rude, and acting as if she had better things to do than to take my call. If your job is to take calls maybe try to be a little more professional and have proper customer service. If I call in, and I have to listen to you huff and sigh as if I am personally bothering you, you do NOT belong on the phone representing your company."

"My niece broke her hip in November 2014. She has been jerked around by this company lives in terrible pain for the lack of pain medication because this company will not approve it and refuses to allow a date to be set for repairs to her hip. In the mean time they are having to pay for numerous trips to the ER, she can not return to work. Tell me the sense in this. A company is required to carry workmans comp. on their employees and believe me it does not come cheap. But they do everything they can to be trifling, they care absolutely nothing about the person who was injured on the job. Why are they allowed to get by with these actions?"
