"I would not recommend taking your kids to Misty sues daycare and I definitely don’t recommend becoming an employee at that matter. This day care is operated very unprofessionally, SOME of the teachers are great and wonderful at what they do just extremely under payed. On the other hand the director is the biggest problem at this day care, she’s unprofessional, she doesn’t know ANYTHING about being a director in a daycare setting. She does not know how to talk to people, she comes off very childish when having to handle a situation involving an employee. She’s not respectful to the staff what so ever nor is she considerate of their life outside of this daycare (unless she likes you, and your kissing her butt). On top of that not only is it challenging working in childcare UNDER PAYED but you also have to deal with an ignorant, careless director. Definitely not the place to be!! Miss Kay’s would have never treated her employees like this."
