"We have been here for quite some time and my child has learned so much!! Teachers are beyond helpful and we love all the events! Front office are always a joy though Amanda always seems to have a bad attitude. I have yet to see her smile. I hope the kids do not experience this daily. Parents are always informed and even have an app! We are very appreciative of all you have done!"
"After having a horrible expierence with a local child care I made the decision to place my son at Ridgecrest. Where my son has been attending for 3 years. Since it is time to enroll my son into kindergarten, into our zoned school. It has made me completely realize how much I will miss Ridgecrest! My son has learned so much, he knows his letters, numbers, colors, and even learning how to read. In 3 years, I have NEVER had an issue, I know that when I drop my son off he is in good hands. Every morning he is greeted by smiles and hugs! His teachers every year has made it so easy, with open communication at all times. Your child is your biggest and greatest accomplishment, so just like any other mother, of course I am weary about where my son stays. With Ridgecrest, those fears are not there at all. I love hearing him recite weekly bible verses, and telling my stories from the bible. I can not RECCOMEND Ridgecrest enough. My youngest son will start there soon, and I am so excited!"
"I have to say that i have my concerns about this daycare. The front office is non chalant about what goes on in the rooms with the children yet when you call to address a concern they act as if they know whats best for your child. What concerns me the most is that they do NOT have cameras and so your child is being left with strangers who behind closed doors do who knows what! My daughter has cone home on numerous occasions grabbing her head and i just have a feeling she has either been dropped or banged her head and noone has reported it to me. I know this because one day as i was picking my dayghter up i watched another baby slam his head into a wooden chair dropped to the floor in agony and crawl banging his head into the door. I alerted the teacher who brushed it off and said oh he does that all the time. My mouth dropped open in disbelief for one his mom was not alerted for two the chair should have been removed if it happens all the time and lastly im sure his mom has no idea. I pray everyday that they will eventually invest in cameras parents can log into and lastly i hate how they assume everyone has the childs best interest because its a christian daycare. Bullcrap i do not trust what goes on in a uncamera operated closed door facility. Im def looking for another center."
