"I started my one year old at child care network for about 3 weeks , and I was really upset with how things ended .My main issue was how my one year old daughter was bitten on her back , and no one told me , and when I asked to see the cameras I was told I couldn't and supposedly the cameras were watched but they could not find when exactly she was bit or by whom , and nothing was done about the fact she was bitten .My daughter is someone that would Definitely cry with how hard she was bitten and it seems to me , she was probably ignored during this time when she was Definetly crying .I say this based on the fact no one knew it even happened . She was bitten to the point where there was a scab that lasted about a week and it looks like it will probably scar . I just wanted a solution with communication and the communication I received was moving her to a different class which I had been requested due to the fact she had turned 1 October 1st and started in the daycare the same week or week after . I was asked if we could see if she would adjust and everything but She was super sick the second week with a double ear infection , double pink eye and her snot was a very bright green with horrible congestion .I was told there were no more seats available In that class room and I felt a little ignored/ pacified that she wasn't in a room that was safer for her and her development to make it seem like it was okay to make more room in that class for other babies . After the incident I was asked if I wanted to wait on the waiting list for the class to open and me as a working mom that's also in school didn't like how I would have to wait even though I expressed I didn't want her in the room before .There was also two separate incidents of children coming up to me and trying to take my daughters cup from my hand which made me upset ,due to the fact , If they'll take it from me , I know they'll take from my daughter and I did not like that . The student to teacher ratio seems to be a little high and the teachers are super sweet and try their best but that incident left a super bad taste in my mouth . Sweet staff , but the ball was dropped and the fact that there was no problem solution is ridiculous. She was withdrawn the same week ."
"Ever since I got my son into childcare network, it was very smooth. I also like Mrs. Denise the director that was there, she gave me enough time to pay. I only get pay every two weeks and she made a way for me. But in September they changed the directors on us and the works too. The new director I told her that I get payed every two weeks from my job. She told she can't help me you have to pay every monday to let my son stay in there. I am a single mother and I have to have my job. It don't make no sense have to pay every Monday though out the month. Thats not right at all. Every parent don't get paid every Monday. So I stopped let my son go to that daycare, he really liked his teachers. They also like him too but it not right to have directors to do anything like that. Daycare it very expensive for me and for single mothers out here."
"Great experience at Childcare Network so far. The director took her time explaining everything to me and gave me a tour of the facility the first time I visited. My three year old son goes there and was greeted warmly by the other children and teacher on his first day. Security is a top priority there and the director has direct line of sight for everyone that enters the locked area with the kids. I plan on enrolling my school age children in the summer program this year and recommend this center to anyone looking for great childcare at a more affordable price than the other centers in the area."
"My children has been attended this school since my daughter was a little over 6 weeks and she will be four in a few weeks. I follow Mrs. Eileen when she left the center on Kimberly Rd. I love her, Miss Ann, Mrs. Renea, Mrs. Patti, and her entire staff and my children loves them too. When you see your children are satisfied and happy with the people taking care of them makes me feel better with no worries at all. Thanks ladies for all you do. Keep up the great work. Love you all TaShea Hall"
"The service is adequately priced. The layout of the center is not congested, no overlapping class rooms. The kids are separated by age groups which is great because the after school care do not feel as much like they are in a day care atmosphere. They have games for the after schoolers to play. They offer bonus programs and fund raiser awards. The school age children get to ride a bus and not be over lapping in a van. The staff is pleasurable and address any issues you may have promptly. There is adequate security in the facility. They make sure not just anyone picks up your child. The hours are very convenient compared to other centers. I am over all pleased with the facility and would refer family and friends. I wish I had known about it when my son was an infant up... He has only enrolled in after school care. Based on past day care experiences, if I am blessed with another child, they will attend this facility."
