"Bright clean wonderful place to assist foster care and adoptive families."
"Wonderful new place with incredible people. This is a real asset to foster and adoptive parents and children."
"I donated some new books to this organization and felt confident that this organization focuses on those they serve!"
"I was in foster care at age 16-17 and I was placed at the Lee County Youth Development Center. While I was there I was struggling with clothes and etc because it was taking a while for me to get a worker for my case. Big House provided me with clothes and shoes and it relieved me of a lot of stress. I felt at ease just by walking inside! I really appreciate them. I’m now 20 years old and out of DHR care with my own apartment and car! Very thankful and blessed! 10 STARS FROM ME! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"BigHouse is an amazing resource for foster families in Lee County. From the moment a child enters care, BigHouse steps up by providing a care package with new pjs, toiletries, a stuffed animal to make them feel safe, and other items. They provide monthly resources including a kid's night out that allows parents to go on a date night while the children are cared for and loved on at a local church. Our local DHR is fantastic, but without BigHouse, foster care would be really tough. The resources and love this organization provides for local families and children (and across the state for some outreach programs) is unmatched."
