"The owner knows what she's doing but her emloyees don't. If you have questions they always say they don't know. I called for a quote and the first time I was told she was busy and hung up. The 2nd time I was told I'd get a call back in 10 minutes, never did. Oh and when you walk in the office their phones are always on speaker so anyone can hear your personal info."
