"They are awesome, they fixed my ignition switch (take key out of ignition) problem on my C300 2010 Mercedes benz with over 203,000 miles. When no one else would, every dealerships I called were telling me there is a 4 to 5 month wait on the part that is needed also they said they are NOT repairing Mercedes benz under 2014. Of course that's not what I wanted to hear, because the problem was intermittent, once that part stop working all together,which means the car would not start no matter what you try to do, you would not be able to get a jump, the only thing that would work is to get it towed. So one Tuesday late afternoon I was driving from the Alpharetta dealership, driving through Norcross, I went to jr bbq i looked across the street saw BMI, I left there drove over i walked in I told him my problem he say we can fix and repair. They gave me the reassurance they can and will fix. So when I say BMI, IS great and they do good work. My old boss Mrs. Liz Wall who owned Mainline medical she use to take her MERCEDES THERE and they always always did her right, she was a happy customer and so am I. "I have an older model ML350 but with only 85k miles on it. Greg has been helping me make sure it’s running in top shape and safe for me to drive. Recently took it in for some normal maintenance work and was pleasantly but extremely surprised to notice a considerable increase in my gas mileage!! In a previous visit, he saved me from making a completely unnecessary repair recommended by a Mercedes dealership.
