Kids Time

"Ms. Dixon, the director has been showing me why I should have never enrolled my baby in daycare. She is very disrespectful has a very nasty attitude and is very rough with babies/ kids. Ms. Dixon don’t know how to talk to people, she always gives you attitude, and she constantly lies. Her spirit is so bad the kids could feel her energy and gets terrified of her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! (if the director is horrible that means the facility is horrible)"

"They are very unprofessional well more speaking of their director Ms. Dixon she don’t know how to talk to people, she always gives you attitude, and she constantly lies. For instance this morning I told her that my children’s doctor said to not give them milk because of the medication they are currently on and she argued with about giving my child milk she asked for a doctors note and I told her I will send it once my oldest gets on the bus but before I could even finish telling her interrupted and said “without that letter I am going to give them what’s on the menu” even though I provided Gatorade. I have recordings of her talking about me to other parents while I’m on the phone then when I ask for the website to report them she tells me if you report us we will report you and at this point I’m over this daycare I should have never allowed my kids to continue to go there since the first incident when one of the workers grabbed my baby by his arm and “pushed” him in the room. If you are thinking about sending your children there and wasting money I advise you to do otherwise there are way better places out there."

"I love to support black businesses, however, I would not recommend the (urban) services offered here. My son told me he hated it and he was only 5yrs old and attended before/after school care. I hope others experiences turn out better than ours."

"Extremely unprofessional and dirty spot. Borderline abusive towards children, a staff called my nephew a “sissy,” gossips about parents, one staff member nearly fought a parent, this place needs to be shut down immediately."

"I do not have a child that attends this facility. My family and I were at Centennial Park 6/1/16 and a female slightly heavier with her hair pulled back into a ponytail were addressing some of the children quite harshly and inappropriately. I am extremely sensitive about children and their care and mistreatment. She was excessively mean. None of the children could say anything to her. I thought it was just a family there but when we were getting dried to leave they were all in a group with this female yelling at everyone and just flat out being mean. It disturbed me so much i was just staring at her. Though she never changed her behavior. I noticed the yellow shirts that they were all wearing said kids time on front. Im assuming it was a summer camp or something since older children were there as well. I wish I could do more than write a review. I wish i could inform all of the parents of the treatment their child was receiving. It was unacceptable."
