"My oldest daughter went here 10 years ago. A different staff but a great experience. Now my 3 and 4 yr olds are looked after here as well. The new staff has been very flexible with us and our daughters love this place! Can’t ask for more than that!"
"They don’t deserve any stars, but 1 was the lowest option. My husband came to check out this center when the children were napping. He didn’t have as bad of an experience as I did. I’m very grateful he did not pay them up front. I was coming to pay for our daughters first week of care and check the center myself, if all went well we had prepared them for her to stay that very same day. As my mother and I entered the parking lot, it was a mad house. There was no system for drop off, cars were parking anywhere, even in the road. No adults directing traffic (which isn’t always necessary if everyone is a custom to drop off procedures) As we entered the building, the door was NOT locked ( BIG safety hazard, most centers even have a code on door to ensure only parents enter but again these things can be okay if properly implemented) Through this UNLOCKED door we came into large room filled with children, all attendees of this facility, I would estimate around 20 children. Before we came I read the handbook which strictly instructed all parents and children wash hands immediately upon entry. Which there was no identifiable area for this procedure to take place. Upon entry into this room of children we stood back to be acknowledged, we began realizing no adults to greet us. While children were all around us, even speaking to us. I made eye contact with an adult that was seated with children at a table across the room (she was not in plain sight nor professionally presentable) she was very unprepared for our arrival. I gave her my paperwork and even had to ask myself about this hand washing rule. She did not seem concerned for the importance of this “strictly enforced hand washing” She then directed us through the room to a area filled with small children playing in the sinks without supervision. This women then disappeared into a back room unseen from the front door or this “hand washing” area. Once again, we were left unattended with the small children that parents are PAYING MONEY for these adults to care for. My mother and I didn’t even stop to tell anyone we were leaving. I didn’t even retrieve my paperwork (which now I’m uneasy of this) This facility is absolutely UNSAFE, HAZARDOUS, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m not even sure if they are following their state board requirements. I would gravely warn all parents about leaving your children here!!"
"The staff is wonderful, caring and my toddler had a great experience thanks to her excellent care received there!"
