"I went for a brow wax a few days ago and the lady PRESSURED me to do threading instead, even after I said no MANY times. She shaped it well but at the end she cut off WAY too much and TOO SHORT in the front of my brows with the scissors. I still tipped her, but I regret it now. I’ve been to the downstairs and upstairs salon before (multiple times) and threading is painful for me so I prefer a wax but THREE different times (all different ladies) have pressured me into getting threading instead, even AFTER I stated that I really did NOT want to do threading. They should just take “waxing” off of their doors and site because it’s false advertisement!!! Why put it there if all you’re going to do is force your customers not to do it?? Me and my sisters and friends were loyal customers and they have had similar experiences but after discussing this most of us will not be returning to this business. Fair prices and a clean salon but POOR customer service makes the experience bad."

"Went to get my eye lashes done 3/22/19 and the lashes came loose that same day i went back the very next day and the owner was very nasty and didn't what the girl to do them over don't ever go there they give poor service they can't do lashes or brows they messed up this lady brows real bad i don't recommend anyone to go there ever dumb people work there and don't have a clue what they are doing"

"In past have had ok experience. Today, not so great. Older lady, I believe her name was Sherma. Never seen her in the shop. Took off way too much from my eyebrow. When told her about it she attempted to dismiss the situation and say it was a only a little. A second lady in the shop could see I was upset and attempted to notify what seemed like head person. No one came over to say I can fix it. They apparently don’t care to make an unsatisfied customer happy. Please don’t let the older heavy set woman in shop do your brows!"

"They always snatch me and get my brows together! Prices are definitely very reasonable. The only I didn’t like: The location is weird; while people are shopping they watching you. Also they never put aloe or alcohol in your brows afterwards. Only if you ask. Seems weird / odd."

"Went to get a henna tattoo and it started to fade away on the 1st full day (was gorgeous). I went back to get it done over and it looked like something an elementary child would do."
